Saints did a beautiful job replacing my roof, putting siding on the gable, wrapping the trim, and putting up soffit. They got the job done quickly and neatly, and everything looks perfect. Saints Roofing will be the ones I recommend to friends and family. The whole process was quick and easy. Shea did a great job getting everything squared away with our insurance and walking us step by step through the whole process. Eddie and his crew did an awesome job on the roof and we could not be happier with how it turned out. They arrived early morning and had the job competed and cleaned up spotlessly within a day and a half. They did my roof 2 years ago and did a fantastic job. They just completed my siding. Again another fantastic job. The crew came early in the morning worked all day in 20 degree weather with snow on the ground removing the existing siding and installed the new and completed the job the next day before noon. When it was finished the owner Eddie had the crew wait while he walked around the house with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied, which I am. Owner is too busy to finish his work. I’ve been waiting over a month for them to finish my roof replacement. I asked him a week after the shingles were installed if he had any updates on the chimney, and he never responded. Here we are a month later; Eddie just now looked into the issue, and discovered that my damaged chimney cap needs to be custom ordered. After speaking with my insurance, Saints Roofing never sent them info on the progress or photos of the work that was completed (which Eddie said he would do). I ended up sending them the photos myself. Now I have to hire someone else to finish the chimney repair. Overall, my experience with this company has been negative. If you hire this company, you better have the entire job done in one day, including all necessary insurance paperwork, because there is no follow through once they leave your house.

Saints Roofing:  I can not say enough about this company and their employees! I was a salmon swimming up stream against my insurance company (Allstate!) and Shea from Saints Roofing helped me endlessly. She worked day and night (seriously). She was so knowledgeable of insurance claims, disputes and the overall process.  With Shea and Saints Roofing I could not of processed this whole situation. 39 years with Allstate and a so-called “Deluxe Plan” and the payment for damages was pitiful, absolutely pitiful.  The stress and anxiety would take over every time I spoke with Allstate and I don’t have anxiety issues! Saints Roofing (Shea) took the reigns and gave me the best service I ever had. Saints Roofing’s employees were respectable, clean, timely and hard workers. They tore off the existing shingles and replaced my roof in pretty much 1 day (a long day for them but never any complaints).
